In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head chef/Owner, creating delicious dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality meals that meet our standards. Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and excellence. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment adhering to food safety regulations. Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service for guests. Develop new menu items that align with our brand''s vision and customer preferences. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
