We are looking for Engineering Managers to lead complex technical projects, manage talented engineers, and contribute to our product strategy. The role involves working closely with Product Management and Client Services, participating in technical discussions, and developing engineers in your team.Responsibilities

Work with your team and cross-functional partners to define and deliver the product roadmap.Participate in technical discussions and design reviews.Measure your team’s impact.Contribute to product and engineering strategies.Lead recruitment and team process initiatives.Develop and mentor engineers, fostering their career growth.Engage in hands-on technical work and code reviews.Requirements

Essential

2+ years of engineering management experience with product-aligned teams.Experience in cloud-native environments using modern stacks (microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS/GCP, Golang/Python).Strong technical background to support technical decisions and excellent communication skills.Ability to adapt to evolving team needs and roles.Desirable

Knowledge of banking or finance.Experience with client-facing projects and defining deliverables.Previous experience in recruiting and shaping engineering teams.Experience in hypergrowth environments.Benefits
