A great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to work for a thriving leisure business in London Your new company You will work for a luxury travel and events company based in London. This successful business is in its 10th year of trading and specialises in bespoke travel services for both corporate and private clients, catering to high-profile individuals and organisations.Your new role You will work as part of a small finance team of four people, reporting to the FC. You will assume responsibility for end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including (but not limited to):Processing, reviewing and verifying supplier invoicesSupplier statement, invoice and account reconciliationKey point of contact for suppliers, liaising to build/maintain relationships as well as to investigate/resolve queriesProcessing supplier payments and refundsManagement of commission payments and statementsVerification of ADMs (Agency Debit Memos) from airlinesPreparation of financial reports for clients, as requestedSupporting the FC with any additional tasks, as requiredBank reconciliationManagement of petty cashRaising sales invoicesCredit ControlPosting and allocation of receiptsWhat you''ll need to succeed Recent relevant experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant role with exposure to both AP and ARImmediate availability or short notice period (i.e. 1-2 weeks maximum)Experience using Sage 50, ProTAS, or Amadeus systems is advantageous (not essential).AAT qualification (or ..... full job details .....
