About the Role:
As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing both consumer (B2C) and developer (B2B) experiences. You''ll be embedded in a design-led, cross-functional team, focusing on crafting consistent, scalable, and user-centric solutions across the payment ecosystem. Your expertise in design systems will help shape and evolve the standards that ensure outstanding experiences for customers and developers alike.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with engineers to refine design system components and patterns for B2C checkout flows and B2B developer platforms.
• Drive innovative design initiatives that enhance the journeys of both customers and developers.
• Champion the adoption of design systems, educating teams and stakeholders on best practices and updates.

About You:

• Proactive in stakeholder collaboration and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially with visual design principles such as composition, typography, and layout.
• Demonstrable expertise in user-centered design, with a track record in both consumer and developer-facing products.
• Proficient in Figma, with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and advanced Figma features like Auto Layout and Components.
• A portfolio that highlights your contributions to design systems and showcases your work for B2C and B2B audiences.
• Proven ability to deliver products across both desktop and mobile platforms.
• A deep understanding of scalable, modular, and accessible designs that serve diverse user bases.
• Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and works effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback to elevate team outcomes.
• Experience with experimentation and data-driven design decisions.
• At least 4 years of experience in digital product design, focusing on design systems and cross-platform solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience collaborating with developers to create robust design systems.
• A background in both design and development, or experience building websites and apps for diverse audiences.
