About the Role: As a Machine Operator, you ll play a crucial role on our production team, operating machinery on a rotating shift schedule to meet production goals. Full training is provided, enabling you to manage production lines with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operate production lines, including extrusion and laminating machines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Run lamination and slitting processes, producing multi-layer composites to exact specifications. Complete maintenance and cleaning of equipment, keeping production areas organized and efficient. Manage materials with electric pump trucks and forklifts. Support team cross-training efforts and contribute to meeting production targets. Track data accurately through our ERP Syteline system.
