We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join the technical team of a rapidly scaling hydrogen company. You will play a key role in the design and delivery of hydrogen production projects, supporting the development and execution of plants that are central to the UK’s energy transition.Responsibilities

Lead process engineering input into hydrogen projects from concept through FEED and into executionPrepare, review, and approve process deliverables, including PFDs, PandIDs, mass balances, and equipment specificationsSupport optimisation of designs to ensure cost-effectiveness, operability, and compliance with safety standardsParticipate in HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, and other safety and design reviewsProvide technical support to project teams during procurement, construction, and commissioningWork closely with EPC contractors, OEMs, and other stakeholders to ensure process integrity and delivery to scheduleMentor junior engineers and contribute to building the company’s process engineering capabilityQualifications

Degree in chemical engineering or related disciplineExperience in hydrogen production, electrolysis, or relevant process industries such as oil and gas or industrial gasesSolid knowledge of process safety and design standardsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with evolving requirementsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsHow to apply
