We will also consider part time applicantsCandidates should be naturally passionate about caring, reliable, take pride in their role and are able to promote independence and choice. The Role: Responsible for delivering high quality person-centred support and care. Assisting and supporting with personal care. Medication. Record keeping. Domestic duties. Assisting with in-house activities and within the community. The Person: Essential Requirements Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and contribute to a positive environment with a can-do attitude even during challenging periods Possess good communication skills Be compassionate with a caring nature Preferable: Current clean driving licence due to location Medication trained Have a minimum of 6 months experience of working in a Residential/Supported Living setting You should be able to demonstrate experience in supporting vulnerable adults Hold an NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent.
