This is a fully remote position with very occasional travel to London. They are seeking someone who can start quickly and take over an active caseload without delay.Your new roleYou will step into a busy caseload advising clients on a wide range of social care matters. This may include issues relating to community care, adult social care, children''s social care, the Care Act, and Mental Health Act matters. As an experienced solicitor, you will handle complex casework, provide clear and empathetic advice, and contribute to the wider mission of improving access to justice for those who need it most. This is a locum role, offered on a temporary basis but with the possibility to transition into a permanent opportunity.What you''ll need to succeed You must be a qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in community care, adult social care, children''s social care, or Mental Health Act work.Strong understanding of relevant legislation such as the Care Act 2014, MCA/MHA frameworks, and public-law principles.The ability to take over an existing caseload and work independently, from day one.Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise vulnerable ..... full job details .....
