We are looking fro Multi Trade Operatives for South London, Lambeth, Lewisham, Hounslow, Pimlico, Westminster, Romford, Ealing, North London Main Duties and responsibilities • Following instructions from the maintenance department regarding the daily schedule of jobs • Attending properties to carry out proactive and reactive maintenance repairs • Completing jobs to a high standard in accordance with service level agreements • Recording job progress reports and completing job reports manually or electronically as set out by the company • Accurate collation of data for each job (photos/videos/descriptions) • Ensure planned maintenance and breakdown activities are monitored and any delays logged and escalated to the maintenance service team • Prioritise work scheduled (if required) • Ensure material and supply stock levels are always maintained within your vehicle • Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are fully implemented to achieve customer satisfaction guaranteeing complaints are handled with empathy ..... full job details .....
