Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN) to join a state-of-the-art post-operative clinic, providing high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment. This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with a rotation of day and night shifts.Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in a post-operative surgical setting.Monitoring patients during recovery and responding to clinical changes effectively.Administering medication, treatments, and wound care in line with best practice.Supporting consultants, anaesthetists, and the wider clinical team.Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining high standards of patient records.Providing reassurance, guidance, and compassionate care to patients and their families.Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.Previous experience in a surgical ward, theatre recovery, or post-operative unit.Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A full UK driving licence is required due to the location of the service.
