The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining excellent customer relations by providing efficient administrative and support services. This role involves handling customer enquiries, managing data, and supporting sales administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software and update customer information regularly.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and systems.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently.
