Leading the development and growth of the contentious probate practice in the Leeds office.Managing high-value and complex probate disputes, working closely with clients across Yorkshire.Building and maintaining client relationships, leveraging your network to generate new business.Collaborating with the national team and private client partners to ensure a seamless service for clients.Recruiting and mentoring junior colleagues, helping to shape the future of the team.

The Successful ApplicantThe Contentious Probate Partner should be / have;

A Partner with extensive experience in contentious probate and a proven track record in handling high-value disputes.A Partner or senior lawyer with a demonstrable portable business case and connections in Yorkshire.Able to develop and lead a growing practice, with strong leadership and mentoring skills.A highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.Experience in managing a team and building long-lasting client relationships.
