You will work as part of a busy brigade serving all fresh produce and preparing meals for lunch and dinner service. The role would be suitable for a Head Chef or Sous on promotion who can lead and run a team of chefs serving a modern British seasonal menu with daily specials. The pub works with excellent produce suppliers and meat from Aubrey Allen. You will work 4.5 days a week and with the pub closed for food on Sunday evenings, get 4 nights off per week.
