Are you a Customer Service or Order Coordinator with experience in a manufacturing or production environment?We are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established, quality-driven manufacturing business in Cardiff.You will play a key part in managing customer orders from receipt through to release, ensuring all documentation, specifications, and quality requirements are correctly captured and communicated. Working closely with Production and Quality teams, you will also support new product introductions and engineering changes.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately book customer orders onto the job processing systemCarry out contract reviews and maintain full order traceabilityInterpret customer requirements and technical drawings, communicating these clearly to production teamsLiaise with customers regarding order progress, requirements, and quality-related queriesPrepare and maintain routings, quality plans, data cards, and test/specification regimesSupport production and quality teams with documentation for new products and engineering changesAbout YouPrevious experience in a customer service, order processing, or coordination role within a manufacturing or production environmentStrong attention to detail with a methodical, organised approachConfident communicator, comfortable liaising with both customers and internal technical teamsAble to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing settingWhat''s On OfferA stable, long-term ..... full job details .....
