What We Are Looking For: Looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active and make a real difference? We re on the lookout for a Multi-Skilled Forklift Driver to help keep our site running smoothly all year round. You ll be a key part of the team, making sure products and materials are moved safely, efficiently, and in the right place at the right time. Working hours: 06:30am to 7:00pm on a pamama shift patttern The Position: Operating forklifts and other machinery to move produce and materials around site Loading, unloading, stacking, and storing items safely Keeping yards, storage areas, and waste zones clean and organised Carrying out routine checks on equipment (oil, fuel, tyres, etc.) Completing basic paperwork and using scanners for product tracking Supporting general site maintenance and helping other departments when needed During harvest season, things ramp up you ll help manage crop intake, move trailers, and keep everything flowing using a range of equipment. The Perfect Candidate Should Have: Valid B1 Counterbalance forklift licence (essential) Good understanding of site safety and load handling Physically fit and comfortable working indoors and outdoors Confident judging distances, heights, and weights Why Join Moulton Bulb Company?
