We are looking for an experienced Router Operator who has worked in a manufacturing environment. Shift/salary: Pay rate on days 15.42 per hour Pay rate on nights 17.09 per hour 4 x 12 hour shifts (6pm to 6am) Monday to Thursday OR 4 x 12 hour shifts (6am to 6pm) Monday to Thursday Weekly pay. Temporary to permanent role. The role: You will work as part of an established manufacturing team and your duties will include: To identify materials and tooling from a job pack Follow design drawings and measure dimensions to ensure compliance with customer requirements Programme machinery and complete first off inspection To ensure that production requirements are met in line with the production schedule. To adhere to BSI standards of quality manufacturing Work towards the utilisation of Lean Manufacturing techniques in line with Company objectives to support the continuous improvement of the Company. To carry out any other relevant tasks as may be required by circumstances or are requested by the Company. Key experience must include: A good understanding of routers, toolpath and de-burring components Experience of following design drawings Experience of operating and setting up CNC router machinery Knowledge of programming CNC router software Strong technical and mechanical aptitude Excellent organizational and coordination skills Ability to identify errors, defects, malfunctioning of the machinery and undertake immediate corrective actions ability to work with a variety of ..... full job details .....
