This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about working with young people with additional needs and enjoys creating engaging, practical and highly individualised learning experiences. The Role You will be teaching a small class of just five secondary-aged students, supported by a Teaching Assistant and HLTA. The pupils have severe learning difficulties (SLD) and require a highly personalised approach to learning, communication and emotional regulation. The curriculum is centred around sensory-based learning, communication and developing independence, with a strong focus on meeting each pupil''s individual needs and abilities.
