This is a great opportunity for someone with solid admin experience in a legal setting who wants to develop their career.What you''ll be doing:Supporting the Secured Lending team with day-to-day admin tasksConducting HM Land Registry searches and advising clients on property ownership, identifying existing charges, restrictions and other interests which may affect the property.Uploading mortgage documents to a third-party e-signing platform.Carrying out final checks and HMLR searches in order to prepare files for completion.Dealing with registrations of charge and post-completion matters, including but not limited to HMLR applications and responding to requisitions raised in respect of such applications.Assisting other team members with overflow work when required, including general administrative tasks.What you''ll need:Familiarity with Microsoft OfficeExperience using a case management systemStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA confident, approachable manner with ..... full job details .....
