This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end administrative and coordination support across the recruitment life-cycleManage interview scheduling, coordinating diaries across candidates and hiring managersPost job advertisements across relevant platforms and maintain accurate job listingsSupport with CV screening, ensuring candidates are aligned to role requirementsAdminister and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and complianceLiaise closely with hiring managers to support hiring activity and keep processes moving efficientlyAct as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experienceSupport general recruitment processes and continuous improvement initiativesSkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support within HR/talent teamsStrong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)High attention ..... full job details .....
