Due to location you will ideally drive however can be accessible via public transport.Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Main responsibilities;Lead Generation and Sales Support: Assist in identifying and engaging potential customers to drive sales.Customer Consultation: Provide tailored recommendations, highlighting the benefits of our premium pergolas and accessories.Order Coordination: Support the sales process by ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products, such as accessories or maintenance services.Competitor and Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to support sales strategies.Event and Exhibition Assistance: Help prepare for and attend sales events to showcase our products and engage with customers.Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain lead records in the CRM and assist in analysing sales performance to improve strategies.
