Role: Our client is currently looking for a Print Production Manager to join their well-established team in Caterham, Surrey. Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing. Be hands on with production. Operating large format printers, digital cutters and amending artwork for print. Scheduling workflow and understanding capacity within the Production Department Working closely with the Project Management team and Installation Manager to ensure product is delivered on time Lead and inspire your team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful project delivery Manage stock levels Quality checking on final product prior to dispatch Maintaining machinery. Working within the HandS framework of the business and understanding risks and where they may occur Requirements: Expertise in print setup, RIP software such as ONYX, and artwork file preparation Strong understanding of print materials, their uses, and their limitations Stock control and supplier liaison for consistent procurement Knowledge of operating HP Large format printers, Cannon etc. Digital cutters such as Summa/Zund etc. High attention to detail in print quality control and output consistency Effective communication with the Project Management and Install teams Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement Ability to balance ..... full job details .....
