About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role that involves working both indoors and outdoors, supporting the smooth running of warehouse and yard operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading deliveries using a forklift
• Moving and organising stock within the yard and warehouse
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
• Assisting with general yard duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
• Previous experience in a warehouse or yard environment preferred
• Good level of physical fitness
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience with inventory systems, use of picksheets in particular.
• Driving licence
