OverviewProject Manager required for a leading provider of the latest cloud workforce management solutions with over 400 customers in all parts of the UK. This position will be based at their head office in Letchworth Garden City and the successful candidate will be based at their office full time. The ideal candidate will be self-starter and able to navigate within the company to get the answers or support required to progress their role.

Responsibilities

Often have between 10-20 projects in progress (often at different stages) at any one time. The number of projects is often predicated on size, workload as every project is different.

Attend and affect the handover from Sales to Projects in person or remote as required by the customer.

Attend and affect the handover to Support in person or remote as required by the customer.

Work closely with Sales, Business Partners, Implementation, Finance, Support and Development.

Responsible for taking a project from inception (sales) to the point of live where it is handed over to Support.

Responsible for producing a monthly WIP delivered report on the 1st of each month.

Qualifications / Requirements

Be a self-starter and able to navigate within to get the answers or support required to progress their role.

Be a good communicator, able to prepare before meetings, remain calm with customers and colleagues and identify common cause and/or win-win solutions.

Salary and Benefits

Salary- Circa £60,000
