Are you a passionate and nurturing Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator looking to make a positive impact on young children''s development? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join a welcoming Early Years setting, supporting children during the most important stage of their learning journey.

The successful candidate must hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. You will be committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

In this role, you will support children''s learning through play, encourage their social, emotional, and physical development, and work closely with colleagues to deliver engaging activities that promote curiosity and independence. You will also observe, assess, and record children''s progress, ensuring their individual needs are met, including those with additional needs.

The ideal candidate will be caring, patient, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping young children reach their full potential. A calm and positive approach to behaviour management, alongside the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, is essential.
