If you have a background in legal property, conveyancing or estate agency and are looking for a role that combines property sales, transaction management and uncapped earning potential, this could be the perfect next step for you!The successful Property Sales and Progression Manager should have: Previous experience within legal property, conveyancing, residential property or estate agency.A strong understanding of the residential property sales process, ideally from sale agreed through to completion.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to confidently manage multiple transactions and competing priorities.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties.Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of compliance and accurate record keeping.A proactive, commercially minded approach with the confidence and motivation to generate your own property leads and listings.The ability to draft professional legal documents and correspondence, with experience of case management systems and maintaining accurate files.
