Salary: £36-41k per annum Location: London 100% onsite Duration: permanent, full-time (40hrs per week) Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and develop a team of four, fostering continuous improvement and optimising productivity through equipment and process enhancements.Oversee the entire manufacturing process for Bespoke, Bespoke+ orders, and repair services. Optimise CNC machining, laser cutting, and other advanced fabrication techniques. Identify and procure cutting-edge machinery and tooling and source high-quality materials.Create technical drawings, CNC programming, and prototypes for new frame designs and concepts.Develop and implement automation strategies for improved production processes. Increase production output while maintaining craftsmanship and qualityResolve technical challenges and optimise manufacturing for efficiency and precision, working closely with other departments across the business.
