Key Responsibilities: Support the establishment of the Operations DX and Transformation Kaizen framework.Identify improvement opportunities across EMEA Operations.Propose process enhancements using tools like BPR, automation, AI, and more.Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, tracking key performance indicators and milestones.Ensure smooth handover to business as usual (BAU) with clear documentation.
