What you''ll be doing:

• Responding to breakdowns and getting production back up and running quickly and safely.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing long-term solutions to prevent repeat issues.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and helping drive site performance.
• Working closely with production and engineering colleagues to maintain high standards across the site.
• Contributing ideas that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.

What we''re looking for:

• A hands-on engineer with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
• A team player who communicates well and enjoys working collaboratively.
• An individual who is organised, proactive, and keen to learn and develop.
• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
