Process Team Leader Location: BirminghamSalary: 34,965 per annumHours: Shift-basedWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Process Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in Birmingham.Working closely with the Process Shift Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the department operates safely, efficiently and meets production, quality and KPI requirements. You will also provide management cover during periods of sickness, holidays, training and when the manager is off site.The RoleYou will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the Process Department, working across a variety of production areas and ensuring all processes are completed safely and to the required standard.Key responsibilities will include:Supporting the Shift Manager with the effective running of the Process Department.Leading and supporting colleagues across different process areas.Operating and monitoring processing and production equipment.Working across fermentation, filtration, product transfer, syrup preparation and product supply.Carrying out quality checks, sampling and monitoring production processes.Setting up pipework and monitoring tanks, filters and processing equipment.Completing CIP, cleaning and preparation activities to ensure equipment is ready for production.Safely loading, unloading and cleaning road tankers.Monitoring equipment for leaks, faults or defects and escalating issues promptly.Completing SAP transactions, ..... full job details .....
