Multi-Skilled Joiner - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Joiners to carry out maintenance and repair works across tenanted and void properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery, combined with additional skills such as plumbing, plastering and general property maintenance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can turn their hand to a variety of tasks and complete work to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery repairs and maintenance within residential properties.
• Undertake plumbing repairs and maintenance.
• Carry out plastering, patching and making-good works.
• Work across both occupied and void properties.
• Identify defects and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Work professionally and respectfully within tenants'' homes.
• Comply with relevant health and safety requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Joiner.
• Multi-skilled, with additional experience in plumbing, plastering or general maintenance.
• Experience working in residential properties, social housing or similar environments is desirable.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Temp to Perm Opportunity

The position will initially be offered on a temporary basis, giving both the candidate and client the opportunity to ensure the role is a good fit. For candidates who demonstrate the right skills, attitude and quality of work, there is a genuine opportunity to move into a permanent position with the client.
