We are currently recruiting ExperiencedFood Production Operatives, on a full-time, permanent basis, to join our team in Bellshill (ML4 3NP).The shift pattern will be 4 days on / 4 days off rolling rota, 8.30am - 7.30pm but can vary.As we are looking for individuals who will work across Production and Packing areas, previous experience in a food production and / or manufacturing of food products (bakery or other food factory) is essential to allow you to carry out your duties.Your main job role is to ensure all our products are made and packed according to specification and the highest quality standards whilst ensuring all working practices are safe and hygienic at all times.What you will be doing:Adhere to product specifications and quality documents, ensuring high quality at all times;Knowledge of weighing up ingredients, mixing, proving, baking of products in line with specifications;Ensure all bakery procedures are followed;Ability to read and understand written production instructions;Must have ability to operate at or above speed of production line;Boxing, labelling and palletising finished product;Accurate paperwork and recording of information.To always help in other areas where needed.What we can offer:Rate of pay is £12.29 rising to £12.80 an hour on successful completion of probation with an additional attendance bonus in place where you have full monthly attendance.Overtime availableSubsidised vending machine on site, free fruit in staff kitchen.On-site parking3% ..... full job details .....
