Infrastructure Support Engineer 6-Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Newcastle Upon Tyne - Hybrid - Must be 2 Days per week Onsite VIQU are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer to support a large global organisation, maintaining and supporting their IT infrastructure and systems, Windows Server, Vmware, Intune/SCCM, Active Directory and M365. You will join the infrastructure team, providing 3rd Line technical support across BAU operations while also contributing to infrastructure and migration projects. Infrastructure Support Engineer - Experience and Skillset OUTSIDE IR35 Windows Server - up to Server 2022/2025 - on-prem Ideally VMware experience but would consider Hyper-V - ideally experience with HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) Active Directory Microsoft 365 / Office 365 / Intune / SCCM Strong 3rd Line infrastructure support experience Basic networking knowledge - ideally Firewall experience Desired - Entra ID and/or Okta Infrastructure Support Engineer - Responsibilities Deliver 3rd Line support across infrastructure, networking and end-user computing environments.
