MMP Consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property services contractor delivering Planned Works programmes across the Leeds region. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute individual to take full responsibility for the financial and contractual management of large-scale planned maintenance and refurbishment schemes within the social housing and public sector. You will oversee the commercial delivery of multi-site frameworks covering kitchens and bathrooms, externals, roofing, compliance upgrades, voids, FRA works, and decarbonisation/retrofit projects. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide commercial leadership across allocated projects and frameworks, driving profitability, cost efficiency, and accurate forecasting.Manage CVRs, cash flow, forecasting, and earned value, ensuring robust financial reporting.Administer NEC3/NEC4 and JCT contracts, including compensation events, change control, and extensions of time.Lead client and stakeholder engagement, including valuations, progress meetings, and final account negotiations.Oversee procurement and subcontractor management, defining strategy, agreeing rates, and ensuring contractual compliance.Produce and validate applications for payment and subcontractor valuations, maintaining strong audit trails.Support the development of commercial risk management and governance processes.Mentor and guide junior commercial staff, sharing best practice and supporting continuous ..... full job details .....
