Based on site Monday to Friday and reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys the operational side of HR and wants to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, proactive HR service across the business. Salary 35k - 45k dependant on experience. This is not a Business Partnering role. As HR Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, providing advice and guidance in line with company policies and employment best practice.
