Job description:

ROLE: Production Operative

LOCATION: Wellingborough

HOURS OF WORK: Monday-Thursday- Rotating shifts (Apply online only) / (Apply online only)

BASIC SALARY: -15.47 per hour

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: 28 days holiday, pension, 4 day working week, overtime available at enhanced rates, Temp to Perm opportunities, all breaks paid.

Company Profile

Our client is seeking a Production operative to join their organisation based in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis. Packing products to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards. You''ll be working for a well-established food production business with over 70 years of existence supplying huge brands with high performing world class products.

In this Production operative role, you will:

• Assemble packaging products and pack finished goods
• Replenish the product on filling and packing lines
• Machine Operating and packing on a production line
• Working in a fasted paced environment
• Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping

To be successful as a Production operative you must:

• Dexterous, ability to work quickly, accurately and safely
• Excellent communication
• Looking for long term work
• Able to work the shifts above
• Desire to work in line with the company values
• Previous experience in food production is beneficial however not a requirement
