Principal People are working with a well-established Aggregates organisation who are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to support two of their sites over the next 12 months on the Hampshire / Wiltshire borders undertaking operational health and safety support to the business and sites. This is a flexible , hybrid role requiring cover on both of these sites with occasional requirement in Head Office based in Hampshire. Key Responsibilities: Site Health hand Safety Inspections Continued support of site health and safety improvement Supporting management teams Updating of relevant documentation Review RAMS Review of any site HandS failings What We re Looking For: NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or equivalent as a minimum Similar Risk experience Construction / Aggregates / Heavy Plant / Quarrying / Waste Management / Engineering / Logistics Experience of moving plant, machinery, site traffic Be happy to work a part time position (3 days per week) Be happy to work a multisite position Be a strong communicator able to liaise at all levels.
