An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional contractor working on several new build and refurbishment projects in the residential, healthcare, commercial and education sectors across the Oxfordshire region, on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client is a leading main contractor with a diverse ability to successfully deliver a variety of projects including listed buildings restorations, commercial new build and refurbishments, extensions and adaptations of educational buildings and residential new builds. In this role as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for looking after multiple projects at any one time, typically valued between £1M and £10M.

Quantity Surveyor Duties

Working within a team of Surveyors, reporting to the Commercial Manager.Planning and subcontract procurement, bill of quantities, take offs, valuations, variations, site appraisals, scheduling, cashing payments, cost reviews, CVRs and final accounts.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

The ideal candidate should ideally come from a main contracting background, with experience working on projects up to the value of £10M.You should have a CSCS card and be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.Degree qualified or equivalentFull UK Drivers LicenseBe within a commutable distance from Oxford
