Key Responsibilities:Potential to design, develop and deliver leadership and management development programmes aligned to organisational priorities.Facilitate core management development interventions, including priority training programmes.Support delivery of corporate induction and wider employee development activity. Contribute to organisational development initiatives that support culture, values and transformation. Undertake learning needs analysis and commission or design solutions to meet service requirements. Deliver and support coaching activity as part of the organisation''s internal coaching offer.
