for technical teams.Monitor risks, dependencies, and project progress, suggesting solutions when challenges arise.Support solution design, implementation, and testing to ensure smooth project delivery.Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.Champion

continuous improvement initiatives

across teams and projects.Skills and Experience Needed

Hard Skills

Proven experience as a

Business Analyst

(consulting or professional services background preferred).Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.Hands-on experience in

requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis tools .Confidence in running workshops, facilitating meetings, and working with senior stakeholders.Understanding of

project management methodologies

and ability to manage multiple priorities.Soft Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, simplifying complex ideas for any audience.Skilled in

stakeholder management
