You''ll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and property legislation that may impact our work.You''ll learn how to use various property systems/databases to collect information that helps us determine the best solution for clients.You''ll build relationships across our business and with clients to ensure we deliver a great service.You''ll work with your team to draft and deliver work which may include service charge budgets, client presentations, and valuation reports.You''ll visit properties to carry out inspections or conduct client viewings.You''ll participate in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth.What you''ll get from us

Support from the Early Careers team and your manager; guidance day-to-day on your programme.Support from your buddy, a peer on a similar pathway, to answer questions and guide you.Training opportunities for everyone; from managing stakeholders and clients to report and pitch writing.Surveying qualification support with workshops and a mentor to support you through the programme.Dress for your day guidance; dress smartly for client meetings and more casually otherwise.You''ll join a 2 to 2.5 year trainee programme, working towards Project Management Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).If you do not have an RICS accredited degree, you will need to complete a Master''s degree in Construction Management as part of the programme. Anyone with a degree can join this programme, irrespective of discipline, as we focus on training you to become a qualified and well-rounded professional.Rotating exclusively within the Project Management team, you will gain a variety of experience in how property projects are delivered—from one-off projects to multi-site locations—and you will take ownership of real work that helps our clients achieve their ambitions.You will gain exposure to different sized projects with various types of clients and understand the different strategies clients may have in managing their properties.Qualifications
