Job Description
A well-established boutique property consultancy in London is seeking a Commercial Surveyor with circa 2 years'' post-qualified experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across a diverse commercial property portfolio while working closely with experienced partners in a collaborative environment.
The Role
You''ll be involved in a broad range of professional surveying instructions across commercial property, supporting clients including investors, occupiers, landlords and developers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out commercial property inspections and valuations
- Undertaking landlord & tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals
- Managing a varied commercial property portfolio
- Providing property management and asset management support
- Preparing reports and delivering advice to clients
- Assisting with acquisitions, disposals and agency instructions
About You
- MRICS qualified with approximately 2 years PQE
- Degree qualified in Real Estate, Property Management or related discipline
- Commercial surveying experience within private practice or consultancy
- Strong understanding of the London commercial property market
- Excellent report writing and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
