Permanent Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (office based, no remote working)
Salary: -47000 - -49000 per annum

Job description

We are recruiting for a Management Accountant to play a key role in delivering accurate financial information to support business decision making.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail driven analytical and proactive finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You''ll work closely with managers across the business, providing insight, analysis and reporting to support performance and strategy.
We''re looking for a highly organised individual with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts, including accruals, journals and reconciliations
Analyse financial performance, investigate variances and provide clear insights
Support stock valuations, depot accounts and production analysis
Maintain and develop sales data analysis using Excel and internal systems
Assist with audits, year-end processes and financial reporting requirements
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support business performance

What we''re looking for:

CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
Previous experience in a management accounting role within manufacturing
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
Knowledge of Sage 200 and Access (desirable)
Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills
High attention to detail with a proactive and inquisitive approach
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
