Accountancy Sales Executive
This is a business development and employer engagement role focused on growing our apprenticeship and commercial accountancy provision and strengthening partnerships with employers.Your will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and delivering end-to-end apprenticeship and training recruitment solutions, from initial engagement through to enrolment. They play a key role in achieving income and learner start targets while ensuring compliance with government funding and awarding body rules, and quality standards.Contract: Full time and permanentLocation: Hybrid with 1-2 days a week at the Reed Business School with some national travel.What you''ll be doing:Lead business development activity across B2B and B2C channels, including inbound and outbound salesGenerate new opportunities and grow employer partnerships within the accountancy sectorDeliver a full end-to-end apprenticeship and training recruitment service, from initial engagement through to enrolmentAchieve income and learner start targets to support organisational growthConduct employer Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and support learner onboardingNegotiate and prepare contracts, funding agreements, and pricing modelsUndertake a range of sales activities including telesales, networking, social media, and face-to-face meetingsMaintain accurate records via CRM systems and produce sales forecasts and pipeline reportsPrepare reports and presentations to communicate business development performance and ..... full job details .....
