We''re looking for a motivated professional to take ownership of precast concrete contracts across multiple sites throughout the UK. This is a hands-on role where you''ll be at the heart of project delivery from early planning and site visits through to installation, commercial control and final handover. What You''ll Be Doing Contract and Commercial Management Support commercial teams in managing contracts and subcontractsTrack costs, budgets and forecastsPrepare variations, claims and extensions of timeRun installation diaries and coordinate with site and flooring teamsAttend site meetings and deliver toolbox talks Project Coordination Plan and coordinate design, production, delivery and installationCarry out site visits to assess access, cranes and lifting requirementsTake pre-install measurements and post-install checksReceive and manage site deliveries Quality, Health and Safety Produce and issue RAMS in line with HandS legislationCarry out site audits and enforce quality and safety standardsManage internal and client QA processes Reporting and Documentation Prepare progress and financial reportsMaintain full contract documentationReport project performance to senior management What We''re Looking For Experience in precast concrete or construction ..... full job details .....
