My client is a growing company in the FMCG Market, based near Glastonbury they are looking for a Junior Technical Quality Assurance Lead . This a day shift , Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm You could just have graduated and have had some experience in the field or maybe you have one job as a technician and want the next step. We are looking for entrepreneurial spirit As the Junior Technical Quality Assurance Lead You will be an integral part of a medium-size, quickly growing company, taking the lead in all technical matters, and liaising across all departments to ensure excellent food safety standards are maintained, promoted, and further developed.Proven experience in a technical role is desirable. You will have a working knowledge and experience of BRCGS (essential), HACCP, B Corp, internal and external audit requirements. The client currently has AA+ BRCGS grade, and the right candidate must be able to maintain this standard.You will be required to explore ways to improve technical procedures, food safety, and food safety culture within the business.
