The majority of roles are full time, long-term roles with opportunities to secure permanent salaried positions.Schools, PRUs and alternative educational settings:Tradewind work in partnership with a number of specialist schools who cater for young learners with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH)Similarly, PRUs or pupil referral units help to educate and support students who have been permanently excluded from mainstream school or those who are at risk of exclusion.Some young people may also be school refusers and have additional special educational needs.Classes tend to be smaller in these settings and students are given a higher level of specialised support to help them engage, focus and succeed!
