Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Kidderminster Contract: Full-time We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team. The successful applicants will support children and young people with a range of needs, including trauma-related behaviour, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), autism, anxiety, and personal care requirements.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, personalised support for pupils with additional needs. Personal care Assist with daily personal care and wellbeing. Support pupils in managing trauma-related and challenging behaviours. Work closely with teaching staff to implement individual learning plans. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience supporting children with SEMH, autism, anxiety, and trauma-related behaviours. Ability to provide personal care sensitively and professionally. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patience, empathy, and resilience. Relevant qualifications or experience in SEN education, childcare, or support work.
