Have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Property Team Coordinator to support twofee earners and director.As an experienced Corporate and Commercial Team Coordinator you will need to have experience working within Corporate , Commercial Property and Employment teams.The RoleTo provide secretarial support to two Fee Earners and Director Audio typing using digital dictationElectronic Diary management , Booking meeting rooms, arranging meetings Liaise with clients, companies, solicitors Regular telephone contact with clients and professional contacts Assist fee earners in the maintenance of time recordingFile and case management, bill preparation Record and assist in the opening and closing of filesManaging marketing data and liaising with the marketing teamCollection of data Preparing reports Maintain the filing systemExperience required:Ideally at least 1 years recent Corporate, Commercial Property and Employment legal experience Experience with Microsoft office , word, outlook, Excel and PowerPointAccurate Audio typing skills Attention to detail, excellent grammar is essential You will be a team playerAble to prioritise and multitask Pre-empt problems and identify solutions Demonstrate a pro-active approach to your work Be flexible A pleasant and friendly working environment Benefits Competitive ..... full job details .....
