Purpose of the role:The Design Engineer will lead in the design and development of high-quality products for the hygiene industries, these products will both be new developments and in market modifications.The design engineer will seek out novel approaches to complex issues encountered by the design team and support other members of the team in successfully implementing these into products. The design engineer will analyse competitor product and technologies to produce summary documentation for analysis by all levels of the business. This role ensures that the technology we develop is clunk click products that are easy to manufacture, install and use, it is part of this role to assure that other engineers adopt this approach.
