The role:This LandD specialist role will be dedicated to supporting Group Finance, as they continue a significant finance transformation project. Support the Head of LandD Business Partnering by proactively working with Group Finance to identify and support Finance LandD needs. Own finance learning requests and LandD projects from start to finish, recommending high quality, commercially minded solutions to drive tangible outcomes. Responsibilities:Support the Head of LandD Business Partnering by owning and investigating all learning requests and projects required to support the finance transformation.Ensure that finance learning needs / requests are aligned to strategic priorities. If not, manage the relevant stakeholders to close the learning request by taking ownership.
